  1. 1 packagesribs-frozen
  2. 2onions
  3. 1bottle of BBQ sauce
  4. 1 pinchblack pepper
  5. 1 pinchgarlic salt
  6. 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  7. 1 1/2 cupchicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    chop up the onions and spread them out on the bottom of the crock pot

  2. 2

    break the package of frozen ribs into two pieces

  3. 3

    throw all the spices onto the ribs

  4. 4

    pour the BBQ Sauce on to the ribs

  5. 5

    now add the stock and turn the crock pot on high for 4 hours turning occasionally
