1bottle of BBQ sauce
1 pinchblack pepper

chop up the onions and spread them out on the bottom of the crock pot

break the package of frozen ribs into two pieces

throw all the spices onto the ribs

pour the BBQ Sauce on to the ribs

now add the stock and turn the crock pot on high for 4 hours turning occasionally
