Ingredients

  1. 500 gmushrooms
  2. 1-2potatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 lwater
  6. 2bouillon cubes (mushroom flavor)
  7. 1/2 tspdry thyme
  8. pinchsalt
  9. pinchpepper
  10. 1-2 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

35-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and chop mushrooms and peel and chop onion, garlic and potatoes. In a bigger pot, add olive oil and cook onion for 2 minutes. Add garlic, mushroom, salt, pepper and thyme. Add a splash of water to deglaze the pan.

    After 5 minutes, add water with bouillon cubes and potatoes. Cook until soft. If you prefer, you can blend it and add cream or milk at the end.

    Serve with fresh chives and enjoy 😋
