Whole Ragi Appe

Add water and soak it for 3-4 hours.

Now transfer it into a mixer jar and grind it to make a fine and thick batter with green chilli, and some water.

Transfer the ragi batter in a big mixing bowl and add rava.Keep aside for 30 mins.

Now add chopped onion, coriander leaves.Add salt,red chili powder. Now add 1/4 tsp Baking soda and mix well.

Now take a appe pan.Heat the pan and grease it with oil.Pour the batter from spoon in appe pan. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

When it cooked from one side flip it and cook properly from both sides.

Serve whole Ragi appe with tomato chutney.
