Prepare the Rice Base
Cook rice and let it cool slightly.
Press it into a flat rectangular shape in the bento box as the base (this holds the “bus”). - 2
Beat yolks with a pinch of salt. Pour into a lightly greased non-stick pan, swirl into a thin layer (like making an omelet crepe). Cook on low heat until set (no need to flip).

Cut the cooked egg sheet into a rounded rectangle shape to resemble a school bus.

Lay it over the rice.

. Decorate the Bus (tip: use mayonnaise as a ‘glue’ to ensure the detailed decoration stays in place)

Wheels:
Cut circles from nori and top with small round cuts of cooked egg white or cheese for hubcaps.
• Windows:
Slice carrots thinly, cut into small rectangles.
Top with smaller squares of bread or cheese to resemble windows.
• Lines & Details:
Cut nori into thin strips for the bus lines and outline details.
Use scissors or a craft punch for neat cuts. - 7
Add color by adding side decoration use the fruits, vegies and balance of nori seaweed sheet
