Steps

Defrost the chicken in the microwave for 30 minutes.

Then cut the chicken into small or medium sizes.

Then put the chicken to boil for 30 minutes.

Then into another pan fry the diced onions in 1 tbsp of oil.

Then add Then chopped tomatoes add continue frying for 2 minutes then cover the pan for 2 minutes

Then add royco dissolved in 10 ml of water.

Fry for two minutes and add boiled chicken. Fry for 5 minutes and remember to add the chicken broth.

Stir and cook for 3 minutes.

Then serve hot with Rice, Ugali or chapati.
