Kabab handi

This is a recipe for the best MELT in your mouth chicken kababs that are NOT made on skewers, but instead shallow fried and then cooked in a masala.
Delicious kababs nestled in rich flavourful gravy, this Kabab Handi is easy enough for the everyday and special enough to serve to guests! The recipe uses common ingredients used regularly in Pakistani cooking.
You can make these a few days in advance and they keep well. Typically made with ground beef, I used ground chicken instead.
Kabab Handi is an exotic dish to complete your dinner menu when you are craving for something fancy. This recipe is not just about a dish with usual taste but a treat to your taste buds!
