Soak the brown rice with hot water for 30 minutes

Using the back of the knife, pound the pork meat

Blend the brown rice(with the water), along with garlic, and red onion. Do not drain the liquid after blending

Add pepper, salt, sugar, and sweet soy sauce

Put the brown rice juice into a pot and put the pork meat. Boil slowly for at least 1 hour. You can boil it slowly throughout the day to make the meat more fragrant and tasty

To serve, cut the meat thinly, prepare your teflon, add butter or margarine just so it covers the surface, and add your thinly sliced meat. Then, drizzle honey on top of your meat, flip the meat over for a few minutes on low heat or until it becomes red shiny

Notes : you can also do this with chicken and works great for BBQ
