Ingredients

  1. 2fish (tilapia)
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1medium onion
  4. 5 mlroyco
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 2garlic gloves(crushed kitunguu saumu)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a sufuria in medium heat

  2. 2

    Add the crushed garlic and stir till brown

  3. 3

    Add onions and cook for 2minutes

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes,stir and cover for 1minute

  5. 5

    Add hot water and 1tbsp of royco.put in the fish and cover

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali or rice
