Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 12-15garlic pods
  • 250 GMdahi
  • 1 1/2 tspkashmiri chilli powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 7-8curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Make garlic paste with kashmiri chilli powder.

    In a pan add oil and cumin seeds.add hing and curry leaves..Add garlic paste.

    Saute for 5-7 minutes.let water evaporate.let it cool.than add curdto avoid curdling.

    Serve with bajra no rotlo,or paratha.
