Steps

Fry minced garlic with ample of oil with medium low heat for 10 mins.

Add 0.5 tsp salt and pinch of white pepper into garlic and mix well.

Lay scallop on the oven tray.
- 4
Using half of the garlic mixture, portion and lay them evenly on top of scallop.
- 5
Put the rest of the garlic and a circle of light soy sauce into vermicelli and mix well.

Lay the vermicelli loosely on top of scallop.
- 7
Steam for 14 mins if steam oven is used.
