Mix 160g flour with 160mL water until smooth

Mix 200g Kimchi, 1/2 onion, 4 spring onion and 150g shrimp with 1.5 teaspoon salt, 1.5 teaspoon sugar, 0.5 teaspoon chilli powder or cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Add Kimchi mixture to flour mixture and mix well

Fry the mixture with medium heat, 3 minutes each side

Fry with high heat 1 minute each side
