Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 200 gKimchi; diced
  • 1/2onion; diced
  • 4spring onion; green section; diced
  • 150 gshrimp; diced
  • 160 gflour
  • 160 mLwater
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1 teaspoonSugar
  • 0.5 teaspoonChilli powder/ cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix 160g flour with 160mL water until smooth

  2. 2

    Mix 200g Kimchi, 1/2 onion, 4 spring onion and 150g shrimp with 1.5 teaspoon salt, 1.5 teaspoon sugar, 0.5 teaspoon chilli powder or cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  3. 3

    Add Kimchi mixture to flour mixture and mix well

  4. 4

    Fry the mixture with medium heat, 3 minutes each side

  5. 5

    Fry with high heat 1 minute each side
