Steps

Take all the needed ingredients. Soak chia seed at least 3hrs or overnight. When you soak overnight,it thickens and easier to digest.

In a glass, add some mint leaves mash it and then squeeze half lemon.

Then add 1tsp of honey and add 3tsp of soaked chia seed with lukewarm water mix it well. Then drink.

That's it. Drink this in every morning instead of tea or coffee. It reduces carbs cravings.
