  • 1/2 kgsponge gourd
  • 2onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspdhania zeera powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgram masala
  • 2 tbsOil

  1. 1

    Peel and cut sponge gourd, pressure cook for 2 whistles.

    In a pan heat oil add onion paste cook till raw smell goes, add ginger garlic paste cook again add tomato puree cook again, add all the dry masalas.

    Cook the masala till oil is visible add the gpurd and cook for few minutes.
