Spicy honey garlic lamb chops ✨

Ingredients

  1. 3-4lamb chops
  2. 1/4 cuphoney
  3. 2 tbspsoy sauce (low sodium)
  4. 1 tbspolive oil
  5. 1/2 tspchili flakes
  6. 4 clovesgarlic
  7. 1 tbspunsalted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Pat lamb chops dry on both sides. Season both sides with salt. (Make sure lamb chops are room temperature before cooking)

    In a pan on high heat. Add in about 1-2 tbsp oil. Once smoke starts coming from the pan, add in your lamb chops. Sear for about 2-3 minutes each side for medium rare ! (Cook the lamb as you would a steak) internal temperature for medium rare should be 130-135 degrees Fahrenheit or 54-47 degrees Celsius

    Remove the cooked lamb chops and the excess oil with a paper towel. Turn the heat to low. Add in chopped garlic, honey, chili flakes and let that simmer for 1-2 minutes

    Pour in soy sauce and butter, mix well !

    Turn the heat off and coat both sides of the lamb chops in the hot honey sauce.
