First, we peel the lauki and remove the white part from inside and cut it into pieces.

Now fry it in ghee for a while, then add it to the cooker, add milk cream to it, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 3_4 whistles.

Now, after the cooker cools down, mash the lauki, add sugar, green food colour, raisins and figs to it and let it cook.

Now add khoya and keep stirring until it thickens.Now we will add dry fruits to it and mix it.

This is how our lauki no halwa made in the cooker is ready. We will serve it by placing silver work ware on top and garnishing it with dry fruits.
