Bitter gourd add salt and keep aside for 1hour- now wash properly and remove well water

Now take a pan add oil heat add bitergard stir fry until lightly golden brown and remove keep aside- same pan add onion stir fry lightly golden brown and remove keep aside

Now sam pan add cumin seeds green chili curry leaves 2 tbs onion stir fry to cook add ginger garlic paste salt red chili powder coriander powder tarmaric powder stir fry to cook

Now add soaked chana dal stir cook and add some water and cook well then to tender chana dal

Now add fry onion and bitter gourd stir fry to cook well

Now add dassi ghee and coriander leaves garammasala stir and keep slow flame for 5minutes with lid and flame off

Now transfer into serving bowl garnish coriander leaves

Ready to serve with paratha or romali roti
