Today I have made the different version of Upma with Quinoa the gluten free seeds,easy and healthy to consume in Summer with some Yogurt😋
Steps

Take the ingredients for Upma: wash the Quinoa seeds two to three times and soak for around 10 minutes.Chopp all the vegetables
- 2
Take Instant pot or Cooker add ghee and crack Cumin seeds,Asafoetida and add all the vegetables,salt and other spices
- 3
Now pour the Soaked Quinoa seeds add double the water of your Quinoa and give 2-3 whistles
- 4
Lastly add lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves and cherish the yummy meal with cool yogurt or raita 😋
