Peel the turiya and chop it. Now put oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, asafoetida and chopped turiya pieces. Now add some water to fry the turiya. It will not take long for the turiya to fry. Once it gets cooked, add the glutinous rice, red chilli and salt and let it cook on low flame

For a few minutes until the sesame seeds crackle. Now take it out in a bowl and serve hot with bhakhri or paratha. One special thing to keep in mind is to add salt to the turiya vegetables at the end because once the turiya gets cooked, its taste will be reduced.
