Cut the eid limbu into small pieces and remove all seeds

Add salt and red chilly powder to the eid limbu pieces and mix well

In a small cooker add oil,let it warm add asafoetida,mustard seeds now add the pieces of Eid limbu and toss it now add jaggery and make 3 whistles and let it cool

Put the pickle in the glass air tight jar
