Fresh Ivy Gourd Mango Pickle-Tindora Keri nu Athanu(Gujarati style)😋

Wash them and dry them

Now chopp them as per your choice Round or in Vertical long Julliene cuts,I have cut in round shape and the mango in small cubes

Add Mustard seeds,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,Asafoetida salt to taste and oil

Mix them altogether and keep for around 10 minutes aside

Add some extra oil later if you wish

As i have prepared in small amount so we can preserve in fridge for a week to ten days with less oil.

We can enjoy the sides in any of our meals
