Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 300 gbaby qing bai
  • 3big garlic cloves sliced
  • 1 pieceginger finely chopped
  • 1red chilli padi finely chopped
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop up baby qing bai. Keep the leaves and stalks separate

  2. 2

    Heat up oil. Add chilli, garlic and ginger and saute for 30 seconds

  3. 3

    Add the stalks of the vegetable first and saute for a few minutes. Then add the leaves. Add salt and saute for a few minutes.
