Raw turmeric and ginger are full of antioxidants.In our daily diet we must include these ingredients.I have made it with garlic so the taste is awesome! This pickle goes very well with khichdi,paratha and poori.

Heat oil in karahi,add garlic and fry till golden brown.Let it cool

In a big bowl,mix ginger, turmeric and green chilli.Sprinkle spices and mix
- 3
Pour garlic mustard oil over it and mix.Mix it well.Transfer it in a clean bottle.Keep it under Sun.for 2-3 days and your spicy pickle is ready to eat.
