Soya Chunks Chilla (protein rich, weight loss recipe)

First, we will steam and drain the soya chunks.

Now add green chillies, ginger and garlic and grind them.

Now add all the spices, all the vegetables and gram flour and mix it.

Now spread oil in a pan, add the chilli batter to it and fry it on one side for 5-7 minutes on low flame and then flip it to the other side.

So when both sides turn brown, our chilies are ready

So, our high protein weight loss chilla is ready, now we will serve it with green chutney and tomato sauce.
