These are like healthy chicken nuggets made with chicken breast and carrots. Super simple to make and perfect for any one!

You can use chicken thighs for this and sub out the carrots.

Can be enjoyed on its own or with a sauce of your choice! My favorite sauce to go with this is a kewpie mayo/sriracha sauce or a sweet chili sauce!

  1. 1 lbminced chicken
  2. 1 cupcarrots (optional)
  3. 3-5 clovesgarlic (diced)
  4. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  5. 1 tbspsesame oil
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 tspchicken bouillon
  8. 1 tspwhite pepper
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. 3 tbspcornstarch
  11. 2egg whites
  12. Coating
  13. 1 tbspcornstarch
  14. 3 tbspflour
  15. 8 tbspwater
  16. seaweed
  17. neutral oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    All the ingredients needed shown below.

    Combine minced chicken, carrots, cornstarch, egg whites, and all the seasonings in one bowl.

    Put the filling in a ziplock bag or piping bag.

  4. 4

    Pipe a line on a sheet of seaweed and roll.

  5. 5

    Seal the edge with the coating.

  6. 6

    Cut into bite size pieces.

  7. 7

    Coat each piece in the cornstarch/flour coating.

  8. 8

    Fry at 315F for 5-8 mins.
