Boil Soya Chunks and squeeze excess water and keep it rest for 1 hour.

Assemble ingredients

In a mixing bowl add corn flour + maida + salt + black pepper powder + red chilli powder + ginger garlic paste + soya sauce and mix well.
Add soya chunks into it and toss very well so that each soya chunks coats well. - 4
Heat oil and deep fry soya chunks till crisp and golden brown. Keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, allow to heat, add garlic paste and sauté for few seconds, then add chopped onion + green chilli and sauté till light golden brown, then add diced onion + capsicum and sauté till slight soft and translucent.

Then add all sauces one after another along with little water. Cook for 2 minutes.
Make a slurry of corn flour in 1/2 cup water.Add the slurry, stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes till gravy thickens and turn shiny. Add honey at this stage.

Add fried soya chunks, mix well so that each chunks cost well with gravy.
Switch off flame and dish is ready. - 8
Sprinkle spring onion greens and serve hot hot.
