Ingredients

  1. 4 ozPanang Curry Paste (1 can if Maesri Brand)
  2. 1 cancoconut milk
  3. 2 tbspfish sauce
  4. 2pucks palm sugar (or 2 tbsp sugar)
  5. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1 tbsp fish sauce to your protein. Let it sit and marinate.

  2. 2

    Turn heat to medium high and add in oil to a pot.

  3. 3

    Sauté the curry paste for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add in your protein and stir fry for 2 minutes until partially cooked.

  5. 5

    Pour in coconut milk, add in 1 tbsp fish sauce and 2 pucks of palm sugar.

    Let the curry come to boil then lower heat to simmer until protein is cooked through and sugar is dissolved.

    Serve with jasmine rice.
