Beef Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlcooked rice (preferably day-old)
  2. 100–150g thinly sliced beef (such as sukiyaki or yakiniku cut)
  3. 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1/2 tbspoyster sauce
  6. 1/2 tbspsesame oil
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Chopped parsley or dried herbs for garnish (optional)
  9. 2cherry tomatoes (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

    Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

    Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.

  4. 4

    Add the cooked rice and stir-fry, breaking up clumps.

  5. 5

    Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
