Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground pork
  2. .5 lbshrimp
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2carrots
  5. 1/2onion
  6. 3 clovesgarlic
  7. 2green onions
  8. 1 tspsugar
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 tsppepper
  11. 1 tbspKnorr liquid seasoning
  12. 1 tspchicken bouillon powder
  13. 1 packlarge lumpia wrapper

Cooking Instructions

    In a food processor, add in the carrots, onion, green onion, and garlic.

    In a large bowl, add in the ground pork, roughly chopped peeled shrimp, one egg, and the veggie mixture.

  3. 3

    Add in the seasonings and mix together.

  4. 4

    Pipe in about 1/3 cup of filling into the lumpia wrapper and roll.

  5. 5

    Beat one egg and use as a binder to seal the lumpia closed.

  6. 6

    Cut into thirds.

  7. 7

    Fry for 1 minute per side. Then double fry the batch at the end.

    Serve with the your favorite sweet chili sauce and enjoy!
