Ingredients

  1. 1 kgGround pork (lean)
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/4 cupchopped kinchay
  4. 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  5. 1/4 cupchopped celery
  6. 1egg
  7. dashsalt and pepper
  8. 1/4 cupgrated cheese
  9. 40lumpia wrapper
  10. 1 1/2 cupoil (depends on how deep is your pan)
  11. 1/4 cupvinegar
  12. 1/4 cupsugar
  13. 3 tbspbanana ketchup
  14. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Wrap it.

    Heat oil for deep frying. Cook for about 7 - 9 minutes each batch.

    Soon as done, drip it. While draining the excess oil make a sauce.

    In a sauce pan, mix vinegar, sugar, ketchup , water and salt. Let it boil till it thickens.

    Serve with hot rice.
