Japanese Aubergine Salad (just boil 👏)

Cut aubergine into half pieces and boil them in boiling water (putting some salt) for 3 minutes.

Wipe aubergine with kitchen paper. And slice them.

Break the tuna thoroughly. Cut herb leaves. Mince or grate the ginger.

Put tuna, ginger and herbs on aubergine. Sprinkle Ponzu or your favorite salad dressing and enjoy 😉
