4 ozdried tofu skin, soaked and cut into bite-sized pieces

1 ozlemon Juice
2 ozsoy sauce
4 ozhomemade chili oil

Wash and dry all vegetables. Tear lettuce and romaine by hand.

In a large mixing bowl, combine purple cabbage, cucumber and carrots.

Add onions soaked tofu skin, and glass noodles.

Add Asian chives, salt and garlic

Pour in the homemade chili oil, sesame seeds.Toss everything together until evenly coated.

Add honey, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce.

Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
