Hang it or place it in a strainer over a bowl and refridgerate for 3 hours.

Transfer the thick hung curd to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours to chill and firm up.

After resting, take out the chilled hung curd. Add mango pulp and honey and mix until smooth.

Mix in cardamom powder for a traditional touch, serve and enjoy ✨
