Ingredients

  1. 1sweet potato (peeled of the skin)
  2. 6palm sugar (dissolve them)
  3. 1 cancoconut milk (warm it up)
  4. 130 gTapioca flour
  5. 30 g self rising flour

  1. 1

    Siapkan alat masak or prepare kitchen utensil (pot, hob, masher, drainer, measurement.

  2. 2

    Peel of the sweet potato skin and prepare water for boiling.

  3. 3

    Mash the sweet potatoes and mix with the flour then shape it into circular shape similar look like round small ball.

  4. 4

    When the water has boil place the chunk of sweet potatoes until it gets soften the n drained them.

  5. 5

    When it has boiled and soft, you can add coconut milk (warm it up first) together ❤️ enjoy.

  6. 6

    We usually make the porridge from rice flour mix with warm water to eat with these.

  7. 7

    Dissolve the Palm sugar into the pot, place the sweet potato ball into the palm sugar until they float and soften.
