Cooking Instructions

Heat air Fryer to 180 on Grill setting - or you can use an oven.

Slice the bread and spray the first Side with oil and then turn over and spray 2nd side - leave to soak in about 3 mins the add the Air fryer for about 4-5 mins until slightly golden Brown.

Mix all rest of ingredients together in a bowl and put into fridge until you want to serve.

Put bread onto a serving plate then top with the tomato mixture and serve imediately. ENJOY :)

Ever find your basic tomato bruschetta getting a little unwieldy to eat, what with all those little pieces of tomato falling off everywhere?
