Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesGrape Tomatoes
  2. 1 packagesFresh Mozerella Pearls
  3. 1balsamic vinegar
  4. 4 tbspwhite wine vinegar
  5. 1 tbspfresh basil
  6. 3 tbspfresh garlic (minced)
  7. 1 loafsourdough bread (sliced)
  8. 1extra virgin olive oil
  9. 1butter or margarine
  10. 1 1/2 smallavacodo (optional)
  11. 3 smallpepperchioni (sliced)

Cooking Instructions

    Slice tomatoes into halves and put into a bowl.

    Drain mozzarella pearls and add to tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, basil, peppers, and white wine vinegar.

  4. 4

    Then add balsamic &EVOO until fully covered. Then add salt & pepper to taste. I also put garlic powder.

    Cover mixture, let sit in fridge alteast 4 hours. Next butter bread slices and toast or grill until golden brown on top.

    Mix avacado into tomato mixture (optional) and serve on top of bread slices.
