Rock Drops with only Currants

I used the Kenwood Dough Hook Attachment with the use of my Electric Mains Kenwood Food Mixer Machine , but could easily combine with the use of a Wooden Spoon . Did use my Fingers too combine small little squares of solid Unsalted Butter into the sieved Plain Flour and Baking Powder , did produce a fine breadcrumb texture . Could use a Tefal Machine with it's sharp Tefal blades Attachment too gain a fine breadcrumb texture , but I made a double batch - good too use one's Fingers for a large amount

Easy Madeleines with Belly Buttons Easy Madeleines with Belly Buttons
I made these "belly button shaped madeleines" by coincidence, so I uploaded the recipe. I tried baking them several times to adjust the sweetness and tenderness to my taste. You can reduce the sugar a little bit, but if you reduce it too much you'll end up with tough madeleines.-When resting the batter and warming the baking tray beforehand, you'll have puffy madeleines with "belly buttons." However, if you rest the batter in the refrigerator, you'll get "shy" belly buttons. The madeleines didn't puff up that much either.-Our electric oven seems to heat correctly if I set the temperature a bit lower. If you have a gas oven, you may need to preheat at 190 °C. If the madeleines are browning too fast, try lowering the heat while baking. Recipe by Raby cookpad.japan -

Honey and Lemon Muffins Honey and Lemon Muffins
Limes were on sale, so I combined them with honey for these muffins. I love the combination of citrus fruits and honey.I used salted margarine balanced with vegetable oil since I didn't want the flavor to be too strong. If using unsalted butter, you could use 100 g butter without vegetable oil.I used limes in place of lemons, since I happened to have them. You can also use bottled instead of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
