Love this quick, simple and amazing flavour packed steak that is a WOW part of any good thai meal. ENJOY
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Using a Sharpe Fork stab the steak all over both sides about 20-30 times. Add other ingredients to a large plastic bag or dish (apart from oil) and combine then coat the steak. Leave covered for 20-30 mins.
- 2
Pat the steak with kitchen paper to remove excess marinade then rub in the Olive oil to both sides.
- 3
Put a room temp non stick pan onto hob and add the steak then heat on high - turn steak at 2 mins and then reduce heat to medium. and flip 2 more times at 2 mins. THis will give you an amazing seared steak medium in the middle. Transfer to a chopping board and allow to rest for 4-5 mins.
- 4
Slice steak at a diagonal and serve with my "famous" Nam jim Sauce (see other Recipe) - ENJOY :P

Thai Drunken Noodles w/ Beef & Tofu| Pad Kee Mao Thai Drunken Noodles w/ Beef & Tofu| Pad Kee Mao
This stir-fried rice noodle dish got its name because of the drunken people who specifically eats it for the purpose of sobering up. For whatever reason it is, Pad Kee Mao is always my go to dish at any Thai restaurant no matter if I’m drunk or not! Simple to put together and so tasty! Quoc Nguyen | Chef Q -
Sai Ua - Thai Spicy Herby Sausage Sai Ua - Thai Spicy Herby Sausage
Sai Ua is a Northern Thai sausage that’s bold, herbaceous, spicy, and packed with flavor thanks to a fragrant red curry paste. While traditional recipes call for stuffing it into casings, this version keeps it simple: no casing required, which makes it perfect for pan-frying or baking. This recipe is my go-to and comes together beautifully with just a few steps and a little bit of patience. Kasey Coffey -
Thai Mango Chicken Thai Mango Chicken
This recipe creates it's own sauce you'll serve over rice. The chicken turns out so tender, really just falls off the bone. A bit sweet with savory notes. You can use fresh mango's but having frozen chunk mango means you can keep all ingredients on hand. This is such an easy recipe to put together. Just a few minutes to prepare. Cook your rice while chicken is in the oven. Little effort for tasty results! As my step daughter says, this is a plate licker🤤To make this dish even better, assemble it the night before. Place covered in the refrigerator. Pull it out and place in cold oven while it starts to preheat. Chicken marinates. Absorbs more flavor. Crazy easy dish to make this way. Taylor Topp Comacho -

Thai Chicken Thai Chicken
I definitely recommend having all your ingredients assembled and prepped ready beforehand as this recipe is fairly fast-paced with short increments between steps. Note: for a slightly softer vinegar flavor, substitute rice vinegar for the distilled white. #nikicuisine #dadsfaves Niki Freeman -

Thai-Style Chilled Beef Pasta Thai-Style Chilled Beef Pasta
I went to a Thai restaurant the other day and ordered a yum neua salad. It was so good that I decided to try and make it into a pasta dish.Feel free to use whatever cut of beef you like. For the dish in the photo I used up some spare beef steak fillets that I had. If you use store-bought beef tataki, it will give the salad a delicious flavour and cut the preparation time slightly. When making the sauce, the flavour will be a little more acidic if you use kabosu juice rather than lemon juice. Love a good hot Thai curry, tried dozens of online recipes but none of them hit the mark. This is my daughter-in-laws recipe and got to say, love it.Measurements are as per her recipe but I'm a lover of the spice so increasing the chillies and garlic. If you fancy a thicker curry, use coconut cream.
