This recipe is made with pre-steamed tender sweet corn.At other times,corn needs to be boiled in water with 1/4 tsp salt for 4-5 minutes.Heat butter in a wok.Add minced garlic and saute till colour changes.Add chopped onion and saute 1 minute.Add green bell pepper tomato, green chilli, cucumber and 1/4 tsp garlic paste.Saute 1 minute and add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and tomato sauce.Adjust salt to taste.

Toss and mix well, making sure the spices are distributed evenly.Once mixed drizzle lemon juice and toss again.Transfer corn chaat to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.Add grated cheese cube and serve hot.
