2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspSugar
2 tbspSake or water
1 tbspOil
50 gRice cake, diced
1 dashShredded cheese
1 dashNori (dried laver), torn into small pieces
As neededMayonnaise

Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).

Stretch the pizza dough to your desired thickness.

Mix soy sauce, sugar, and sake in a bowl.

Cook chopped chicken in oil until browned.

Add the sauce mixture to the chicken. Simmer until thickened.

Spread mayonnaise on the stretched pizza dough.

Add teriyaki chicken, diced rice cake, cheese, and nori.

Spoon remaining teriyaki sauce from the pan over the toppings.

Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
