Dice Onions, Peppers & Sausage

Season Shrimp with Old Bay & Blackened Seasoning & Set Aside

On a medium heat, Add Olive Oil to Skillet & Sauté Onions & Peppers until tender

Season Onions & Peppers with Salt And Pepper

Add 1 Cup Of Lightly Rinsed Long Grain Parboiled Rice

Add 1 1/2 cups of water & set to medium- high heat

Once at a rapid boil, add in sausage to the skillet

Set heat to low & Cover for about 15-20 minutes until water has evaporated

Pour in 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce & stir

Cover leaving lid slightly open for 15-25 minutes until liquid has evaporated

Add in shrimp to the skillet & stir

Cover leaving lid slightly open and cook for additional 5-7 minutes until shrimp is fully cooked
