Cooking Instructions

Please buy pre-made pizza dough. If it’s not available, make it from scratch using the recipe amounts. Mix all the ingredients, knead lightly, divide into three portions, and let them rise in a warm place.

Cut 30g of salmon into small pieces, about 5mm squares as a guideline. Season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise, and mix well.

Seasoned nori is the key to the flavor. Cut it into 5mm-wide strips using kitchen scissors.

Prepare it by cutting it like this.

Spread ketchup over the surface of the dough. Scatter the raw salmon topping, then sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in a 200°C oven for 7 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
