Mix chia seeds with 6 tablespoons of water. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Sift flour and salt together. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, milk, milk powder, chia seeds, yeast, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Gradually add flour to form a smooth, thick batter. Add a teaspoon of olive oil and mix.

Line a tin with baking paper, pour in the dough, and cover.

Let it proof until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.

Cool completely before removing from tin.
