Nenua Chana dal sabji

This is a very tasty dish.
Steps

Wash and cut the nenua into round rings.

In a dish take mustard oil add salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well.

Now marinate the nenua rings into it and keep aside.

Now coat suji on the nenua rings and grill it on tawa with littil oil.

Now add oil into a kadai once heated add mustard seeds, as they splutter add cumin seeds and asafoetida and curry leaves.

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute,then add onion saute it and add all dry powders,add tomato saute well.

Now add chana dal,add water and cook it well.

Now add grilled nenua rings,mix well and serve.
