Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupmango pulp
  4. 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 3 tablespoonrefind oil
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 2 tablespoondryfruits

Cooking Instructions

    Take suji and sugar in a mixer jar and grind it. Then shift to strainer and sieve it and keep aside.

    Take mango juice and grind it,then add milk and make smooth juice.

    Now mix this mango pulp to the suji mixture and mix well with cut and fold method with a whisk.Keep it for resting for 1 hour.

    Pre heat a cooker on low flame for 10 minutes for that remove whistle and ring and add salt at bottom and put a plate to place cake tin. Now transfer the cake batter to a tin add oil and baking powder.

    Now add dryfruits and bake iton low flame for 30 mintes. Then put a toothpick and check it. If it comes out clear,cake is done.

    Switch off flame take out cake allow to cool and then remove to a plate.
