Ingredients

10 hours and 5 minutes

  • 1/2 cupfrozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cupGreek yogurt
  • 1/2of a cup of coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tbspchia seeds

Steps

10 hours and 5 minutes
  1. 1

    Put everything except the chia seeds in the blender and blend for about for 1 or 2 minutes

    Once you blend pour the mixture in a jar and add 2 tbsp of chia seeds into the jar and let it simmer for 10 hours or over in the fridge
