Tangy, spicy, and full of flavor – this Raw Mango Tomato Chutney is the perfect sidekick to any meal! You can pair this with nachos as well.
Cooking Instructions

Take raw mango and wash well. Cut in two slices. Take 2 Roma tomatoes. Wash and cut in slices.

In a sauce pan add some oil. Place this mango and tomato into that as well garlic and chili.

Cover with the lid and let them cook or roast for 5 to 6 minutes. Check in between. When you see the Smokey flavors from tomatoes and mangoes you can turn the flame off.

Let it cool down. Take the skin off from tomatoes. In a mini chopper or pastel add the tomatoes. Take out pulp from mangoes and add into them as well. Add garlic and chili.

Add washed and chopped cilantro and onions. Chop them in chopper and transfer into a bowl.

Add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder and sugar. Mix it well and serve this with nachos as a dip or any side dish.
