Cooking Instructions

50 mins
  1. 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla, and milk.

  3. 3

Slowly, pour in the melted butter. Mix the butter into the batter until just combined.

  4. 4

Pour the batter evenly into the baking dish. Lightly drop the baking dish against the work surface for more even baking.

  5. 5

Before baking, make and add the cinnamon crumble (recipe listed below).

  6. 6

Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

  7. 7

To make the crumble, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.

  8. 8

Pour in the melted butter and gently stir with a fork until the mixture resembles large crumbles.

  9. 9

Sprinkle the cinnamon crumble evenly over the cake batter before baking.

  10. 10

To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. If the glaze is too thick, slowly add in more milk until it reaches the desired thickness. Don't add the glaze until after the cake is baked.

  11. 11

Glaze and enjoy your Cinnamon Roll Crumble Cake. 🥯
