  • 2stock cubes (chicken)
  • 3spring onions
  • 1/3leek stalk
  • 1kettle full of water
  • 1glove garlic
  • 1 splasholive oil
  • 1 canchicken peas
  • 1 cantomatoes
  • 1 buncheither noodles or pasta
  • 1 pinchtarragon
  • salt/pepper
  • 1carrot

Steps

  1. 1

    Add chopped leek, garlic and onion to pot and brown. Add water and stock and bring to boil

  2. 2

    Add carrot, chicken and noodles of choice and bring to simmer

  3. 3

    Season with tarragon, salt and pepper.
