Ingredients

  1. 2stock cubes (chicken)
  2. 3spring onions
  3. 1/3leek stalk
  4. 1kettle full of water
  5. 1glove garlic
  6. 1 splasholive oil
  7. 1 canchicken peas
  8. 1 cantomatoes
  9. 1 buncheither noodles or pasta
  10. 1 pinchtarragon
  11. salt/pepper
  12. 1carrot

Steps

  1. 1

    Add chopped leek, garlic and onion to pot and brown. Add water and stock and bring to boil

  2. 2

    Add carrot, chicken and noodles of choice and bring to simmer

  3. 3

    Season with tarragon, salt and pepper.
