Summer Iced Tea
Most of my ‘made-from-scratch’ moments can be blamed on my TikTok obsession, and this iced tea is no exception. Inspired by one of those late-night scrolls, I ended up with a refreshing summer drink that has become a staple in my fridge. Very easy, customizable, and always on hand when I need something cool and satisfying.

Steep the tea bags in boiled water and stir in the brown sugar until dissolved

Place the mixture in the fridge until completely cooled and chilled

Remove the tea bags, then add lemon juice and mix well

Serve chilled or over ice and store the rest in the fridge. I served some of mine over brown sugar boba pearls for texture
Tips
For an extra touch, consider adding fresh mint or fruit slices before serving.
