Steps

In a mixing bowl add bajara flour. Add all ingredients like red chili powder+ haldi+ carom seeds+ Green paste+salt + onion + coriander etc. combine all ingredients well. Ji

Now add water gradually into flour. Stir the four well. It makes the consistency like pakoda batter.

Heat oil into a pan. Once oil is heated., drop pakoda one by one. Turn flame high.

Flip pakodas & fry from both sides until brown & crispy.Once fried well, take out fritters into plate lined by kitchen tissue.

Crispy pakoda is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce or tamarind chutney or with a cup of tea. Or Make it as a side dish at our meals.
